Everything JP cannot understand or does affects the team.
When JP cannot find an open receiver, what should the bills do?:
1. Pass Again
2. Run
3. Have a safety valve TE
4. Hire a new GM that doesn't look stupid for handing the keys to an inexperienced QB

When JP has no time in the pocket, what should the bills do?:
1. Go on the open market and build a line
2. Have a safety valve TE
3. Set up screen passes for manageable little time situations
4. Hire a coaching staff that can change variables along the way so if situations come up like this we adjust

What is the Bills management/coaching staff to do??
1. Keep him on the bench and wait until were 1-4 again and then try to save the season
2. Let JP play and see what happens & Hope that the other players play better & remain patient
3. Put Kelly in and see if we can utilize our 5 recievers better
4. Go out and find a journeyman QB who would fit the MM system better

I personally think that we need to Get rid of Tom D and have the new GM reassess what makes our team stronger and give us the best opportunity to win every year. Does anyone here know why the Braves win the division every year in the past decade +, the management knows to win with what they have. Do you think the PATS on paper are better than all the other clubs?? Not even close but they manage what they have and fill holes whne necessary. Great teams find ways to win, great managers find winners. JP is to young to have the Keys to the team and he is not currently our best chance of winning from a QB standpoint. Anyone who wants to wait for another rebuilding year raise their hands?? We have been waiting for 10 years, when does this madness end?
