It seems like for the past 5 or so seasons we have had the exact same problems every year. We start off with high expectations, "if we just get something out of our QB we should be good, if our oline can play decent we will win". We say the same thing every year, we have changed QBs numerous times, we have good skill position players, a good defense, good special teams, there are a couple of things that we dont have.

1. An offensive coordinator that can call a good game. One drive we ran the ball 8 times I believe and threw 1 time, you know what drive that was, the one where we marched down the field and scored. Willis racked up 140 on those guys today, you think maybe we would have stuck with him some more. I think he could have gone for 1 on 4th and 1 at the end. Not sure what the right call is, but maybe Tom Clements should be seen the door, there was a reason Notre Dame didnt want him. Maybe Sam Wyche can take over the play calling.

2. An offensive line that can play. Either we are unbelievable football analysts, or TD and company are offensive line morons. Why can the announcers, fans, analysts all see our Oline is not NFL caliber, and we will never win until it is.

Aside from Drew for JP, we say the same thing year after year, it is time for a change at the top, we need to find someone willing to draft, sign, put together an Oline that can play NFL ball.
