Yes, I know it's sad that a kicker leads our team in scoring, but he is perfect so far. What do you fairweathers that wrote him off have to say?

The Bills would be a Superbowl team without Lindell.

Fairweather? He missed a 28 yard FG in a game that cost us the playoffs last year. That's a crappy kicker.
He makes that FG, Willie Parker doesn't get the chance to run for 58 yards on the next play, breathing new life into a team that should have been down by 10 points. Bills make the playoffs.
He made 1 FG longer than 40 yds last season.
He has kicked well this season. But don't pull the "I told you so" yet.

He's done all that's been asked of him.
Only 2-3 other players on the team can say that right now.

I agree with BR. Look, at this point I'll eat a little crow- I was hard on Lindell but so far he has proved me wrong this season. He's been by far our most consistent player and I can't say a single bad thing about him this year.
But historically he's had his problems, which is the reason why so many of us were hard on him this off-season. Now there's still 13 games left this season- they will tell us if Lindell has truly improved or if his true colors will show on long or high-pressure situations.
I said the exact same thing to my friend yesterday while we were watchin the game. Lindell for MVP.

Actually, a lot of us hardcore/longtimers said he sucked. Because he did. This year I already said he surprised the **** out of me for doing a 180.
