If they do hire him it won't be like the Astt. coaches GW picked. TD has a lot of respect for LeBeau and would be able to get the inside scoop about him before any decision was made to bring him here.I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't repeat myself.Comment

Kitna had one of the higher QB ratings at the end of the season. Considering that Cincy didn't have near the talent on the O-line we had, that says something for the coaching ability.
Our O-line coaching was pathetic given the amount of talent we had on it!Comment

WBEN TV is reporting that John Pease, D-line coach for the recently dumped Tom Coughlin of Jacksonville, is an early candidate for that position in Buffalo.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

Considering what Jacksonville has accomplished running and passing, and the massive talent they have lost in injuries over the years, that dude might be a great addition.Comment

If he comes here and does a good job, I wouldn't be surprised to see Pease as our head coach in 2004 if GW falls flat next year.
