Okay, 25 yard line. Let's go offense. Run the ****ing ball. do it on every down. You are only down by 6 points right now. You can do it. Run the damn ball.

Michael82

Anyone have any confidence in the offense right now to run the ball and move the chains? I think they'll go out passing, even if Holcomb is in there. and that's a dumb move IMO.

Ya where did Mr. SBA go? We played Holcomb and a false start, fumble, and deflected pass later, still not 1st down.

What has playing Holcomb accomplished? Wait, Igot it. Maybe we could start a QB controversy, that would be the icing on the cake. Apparently Holcomb hasnt already shown why he is a career backup when he played for Cleveland.
But hey, Losmans getting mental reps. I just wonder when Clements and Mularkey will get those mental reps.

im starting to come to the conclusion we are a mickey mouse organzation. GM blows becuz in 4 years he hasnt managed to fix our o line. our offensive coordinator absolutely blows IMO calling everything backwards from i would do.

now there is 4 minutes left and we are being run on like mad becuz the D has given up and i too have given UP ON U BUFFALO BILLS. not on the players i still think JP will be fine but our GM and coaching staff are way below avg and its showing big time!

so many **** ups that have nothing to do with losman... but he will take the heat for this.. lack of running mcgahee.. bad playcalling.. mcgee cant stay on his feet for 2 more yards.. lindell misses one at the wrong time.. defense cant stop ONE HORRIBLE wr who has never done a damn thing.. stallworth eating us alive is equivelent to josh reed torching them.

then MM decides to punt the ball with 4 minutes left.. and we need 2 scores..

the bills are offficially the laughing stock of the league right now.. we have a qb controversy between a **** sandwich and a giant douche.. we have a horrible defense that cant stop people when we need to.. and our head coach, offensive line coach, defensive coach, qb coach, and gm have all been out classed by every team we have faced in the last 3 weeks..

Pats are about to go 2 and 2, the fins are beatable and the Jets have no QB. If we had simply gameplanned to help our young QB, and had the mental toughness to keep our D playing sound ball, we could have been right there. Instead, this is what they get.

I simply WONT blame Losman, the gameplanning absolutely is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!! And TD didnt replace Pat. Had the money, the guys were there, didnt spend it.

Mularkey didnt even have the mental toughness to stick with his young gun, he has given up the season, has started an absolute cancerous problem with a QB controversy, and STILL is no better off. Well kids, enjoy another 2 or 3 years of no playoffs! here we are again!

your second part is right. If Holcomb actually wins a few and we still dont go to the playoffs, we wasted the rest of the years worth of learning on Losman. We need a real hard look at ourselves, if we dont honestly believe that Holcomb is THE spark that sends us to the playoffs, there is NO point in playing him. Id rather end up 1 and 15 behind Losman if it means the playoffs next year and a high pick, then 8 and 8 with Holcomb, the same QB problem next year, no playoffs still and a lower pick.

Do all of you JP haters still want Holcomb to start? He looks just as bad as all of our QB's do in this system. CHANGE THE SYSTEM NOT THE QB !!!!!

your second part is right.
Agreed. Great post. :bf1:

You can say what you want about the QB play, but what were supposed to be the strengths of this team are what let this team down today---the play calling was bad, the offensive line didn't get the job done for the running game in a key situation and the defense gave up 3 points at the end of the first half on a long drive and quit at the end. Forget the quarterbacking--that's not how a playoff caliber team plays. No excuses--from top to bottom this team doesn't have what it takes at this stage to even talk about the playoffs. That includes the QB, but is not exclusive to the QB--it's everybody.

They quit. There's no other way to put it.
And Takeo Spikes would be ashamed. That is horrible. They just gave up. I'm sick of the props that this defense gets. They are sooo overrated, it's not funny. :(

that certainly helps. :snicker:

Their defense definitely missed Rodney Harrison today. No one was there to make those big hits and lay people out. Plus his leadership was missed.

The entire game pretty much defines what will come of our season IMO.
Loads of penalties.
Missed opportunities.
Costly mistakes.
No readzone offense.
Come on, when your guy runs for 80+ yards on kickoff and trips over his own teammate at the 5 yard line, you know that cant be good....
We should have gave McGahee the ball, plain and simple. He got what, one touch the entire 2nd half? WTF WAS MULARKEY THINKING!!??!

3 main events leading to obvious failure:
Missed FG
Kickoff-return for nothing
4andInches
