Limited Edition Jim Kelly HOF Ball .. HELP !!

Howdy Fellow Fanatics,

I heard a rumor that there is a Limited Edition Jim Kelly HOF football being offered in the Buffalo area.. I believe it is limited to 5000 and sells for about 70 bucks. Does anyone have any information about this ball and how I can get one ? I have searched the web a little and so far have come up empty. If anyone out there has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
