None of us can control what the Bills do, but we could have won this little contest, if enough people had jumped in.

I had the same problem, which means one of two things:

1. They're blocking IP's from voting twich
2. It's not an instant feedback- it might check the database periodically for new totals instead of automatically updating with each vote in order to conserve bandwidth or something like that
