If they can't win with their panic QB switch and adjust the playcalling on both sides of the ball, then where are we going as an organization ? All rosters have flaws but one can't help but think another regime could do more with our talent.

Right now, I see a herd of deer staring straight at the headlights during each press conference.

The next 2 weeks will be very telling. I'm rooting for them but this regime will face an all out assault if we play poorly in these 2 games.

With as much talent we have on D, I'd expect that from any coach.

It just seems like if Gray isn't blitzing his D couldn't stop a beach ball from rolling down the field.

I've never been a big fan of Jerry Gray either. Every game I've been to with him as the D-coordinator, the CB's have played way off and that just begs for a team to put yardage up on you. I hope he gets fired as a head coach somewhere in college or something.

These guys don't go too far from the NFL. Look at Mauck and Phillips on the Chargers. GW in Washington. Even if they get fired, all coaches end up on another team anyway.

And why shouldn't JG be on the hotseat?
