mike mularkey and clements have taken a step back. the play calling is horrendous and we r so predictable that bellicheck is going to have a field day. we can never underestimate how much of a factor this impacts our offense.

Well, you can't really say that is predictable. :D

That is one legitmate excuse for our players. We are almost always outcoached

I thought the play calling was good in the 1st half.

The 2nd half was totally different, but we take too many dumb penalties.

On the goal line we try and be too cute, instead of just pounding it in.

I told the two fish fans sitting next to me we would probably run. They said "no way!". Then after the play they just looked at me and didn't say anything. After a few minutes one of them said "you guys have a really good punter". He said that several times throughout the game. :;:

even the announcers were critical of the goal line play calling

going with the 5-wide set on that 3rd and 5 when Holcomb fumbled was incredibly stupid. Definitely not predictable, but only because it's not smart. I knew something bad would happen- our O-line just isn't good enough to slow down a pass rush without TE or backfield help.

These coaches almost gave this game away...period! They coach scared and are not aggressive enough. Clements is terrible and Mularkey needs to step up and change it or he should be gone. This is the crap that got him in trouble in Pittsburgh, too predictable. Let the players decide the games, not bad coaching and that almost happened today.

Ridiculous. Play calling was fine. And we won a game for a change.
