With all this talk about JP, Holcomb, and Bledsoe, I just realized that something has been overlooked about Sunday's game. After searching through the last three or four pages of threads, I failed to find any mention of this event.

THURM!!!

Thurman Thomas had his name placed on the wall. Nuff said.

Really not much to discuss/debate. He got his number up. Deservingly so.

Next topic.

Glad to see it. He was one of the best and will always be #1 Bills RB in my book.

I actually did mention I believe in a post or two of mine that I thought Willis would have a great game due to Thurman being there
Man was his speech short compared to when they put up Talley's LOL

I feel bad for Thurman battle the alcoholism and stuff
I can't imagine what a superstar goes through in life
Shoo I wasn't even a superstar and I'm an alcoholic ha ha

This time close to 7yrs sober
BEst of luck in the constant battle Thurman

That was an awesome moment, glad to see Thurm up there. He was pretty big for us over the years.

Best memory of Thurman for me is his performance in SB25... Diedorf said in the pregame "As Thurman Thomas goes, so go the Buffalo Bills" He was as much the K gun as Jimbo was!
Way to be Thurman!

And it was fitting that he was inducted to the Wall on the day the Bills hosted the Fish.

And it was fitting that he was inducted to the Wall on the day the Bills hosted the Fish.Well, it was planned. Thurman felt the Bils-Fish rivalry had lost its luster the last few years and he wanted to be part of getting it back to the intensity it used to be at.

Thurman was great as usual and paid tribute to the 12th Man. I love the guy.

It was a bittersweet moment for me, watching him on the field.

I'm happy for him, but damn, has this franchise hit the skids since he left.

I sometimes wonder if we'll ever be even close to that good again. It was kind of ironic too. The Bills and the fish seem to both have HOF Quarterback Hangover.
