Due to health concerns, Rams head coach Mike Martz will take a leave of absence; Joe Vitt will be the interim coach. Team president John Shaw will hold a press conference at 6 p.m. ET.

My guess...he's done as Rams' head coach. The management at St Louis have been thinking about getting rid of him for a while. i bet that they will come to an agreement to terminate his contract.
