MM looks clueless in that picture, as he does alot of the time. He really is not impressing me at all. What has he done well since coming here? Has he outcoached anyone? Has he been a great motivator?

I'm beginning to think TD picked yet another dud...GW, KG (by association) and now MM.

I would say the opposite- KG and GW by association. Williams at least managed to turn a horrible D into one that was 2nd in the NFL for his last season here and the season after he was canned. His mistake was not reigning in Gilbride and forcing him to use the offense the way it was meant to. Gregg Williams knows football- he just lacked the management skills to be a head coach. Kevin Gilbride is a ****ing jackass, and now I know why Buddy Ryan punched him.

As far as MM, he is consistently outcoached. Not that he never comes through- he completely outcoached Holmgren in Seattle last year. But his 3rd down playcalling is **** and second-half adjustments have been completely inadequate this year. IMO he's got 11 games to get his **** together, although I doubt Ralph and Donahoe see it the same way.
