Since Dick Lebeau left our defense has gotten worse while he now has one of the top defenses in the league. Did we screw up and keep the wrong guy in Gray instead of making Lebeau a better offer to stay here?

Our D was top shelf last season without LeBeau.

Plus he wanted to go back to Pittsburgh anyway. He wouldn't have stayed as DC for us.

Last year's defense was an abberation. For the right amount of :$: I'm sure he could have been convinced.
