During their "five point stance" segment this morning they had to pick between the Bills D and the Jets D. Sean Salisbury, Golic and Schlerf (sp?) all picked the Jets D.

We are 31st against the run. Defenses usually don't get that much respect for something like that. Not to mention no Spikes.

For this game, I'll take a good performance by the Defense and a good performnace by the Offense instead of a Dominating Defense and a Terrible Offense. In fact, I'd take a ranking of 10 to 15 in the NFL for each if that is possible.

They actually are just a few places ahead of us, but 40 yards/game is significant...advantage Jets

(Look at their rushing Offense though. 31st at 67 yards/game. 2.7 ypc is dead last. Ick.)

We have 9 sacks to thieir 8....wash.
We are +7 in turnovers to their -1...advantage Buffalo
We are allowing 16.6 points/game to their 17...wash
We are allowing 299 yards/game to thier 295...wash

How can anyone speak so matter-of-factly about who's D is better? When I saw that Mike and Mike session, I just giggled. They sounded like they were winging it without really any knowledge about either team.

I think we can control this team and come away with the win.

They've played terrible offenses. I wouldn't.

They played one good offense and that was KC who torched them on the ground for 198 yds. (The Jets put the ball on the ground 7 times but KC only managed to grab 2 of those.)

If they played TB on the day we did down in Tampa....different outcome.
