All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Williams mentioned on WNSA that he has had talks with LeBeau and would like to have him on the staff in some capacity. Those talks will continue next weekWilliams also stated emphatically that Jerry Gray will be his defensive coordinator next season.
If that is the case than why bring in Lebeau in the first place?
It will be like what the Pats did with Bill Belichick during the 1996 season, i.e. keep the previous DC with the title and add the real DC and give him a position title and assistant head coach.
I remember Krumrie as a DT for the Bengals. I went to college at U. of Dayton just north of Cincinnati when the Bengals actually had a decent team and went to the super bowl and as a result had to endure watching Bengal games since there was no NFL ticket. Krumrie was the heart and sole of there d-line. I believe he even made the pro bowl a couple times. Does any one know how good of a coach he is though?
