Minnesota's D would be even more terrible! Wouldn't they have cap issues to deal with too?

Winfield signed a roster bonus, meaning no cap hit whatsoever if they want to deal him.

If this is true, it means three things:

A). Minnesota is cleaning house after the cruise ship stunt
B). Minnesota is giving up on the season
C). The Pats will further distance themselves from the rest of the AFCE, but they're risking their future to keep their current run alive. The end is nigh....

Lavar wont go any where b/c he has a 12 mil cap hit. So to get around that they have to cut him after the season. not exactly sure when though.

All hell freezes over when the Patriots have to raid the Vikings for defensive players. :ill:

Trade deadline has passed, right? ESPN said that the Dolphins-Chargers trade happened just before the close of business.
