Maybe to backup Brees or Rivers? Does this mean one of them will be traded today?

Jets?

Speaking of the fish, aren't they gonna be way under the cap next year. I'd hate for them to snag Clements since cb's will be one of their priority next year.

I heard they got the rights to Ryan Leaf.

hmmmm..... Saban does love his D, especialy the secondary!!! If I were you Id be more worried about Miami using that cap space for, a QB maybe, Vince Young maybe!?!?!

Vince Young doesn't scare me. He beats up on lesser talent. And while he does have a decent arm, most of his throws he just tosses it with a lot of air under it and waits for a wideout to get under it. Go ahead, get him.

He's like Vick, but unlike Vick, Young can throw the ball.

This is a very good trade for the Fins. Feeley was never going to touch the field again and we got someone to take him, even if it cost us a 6th round pick. I'm shocked we got anything back.

The kid Lemon is Culpepper like (NOT CULPEPPER) and maybe linehan had something to do with this along with Houck. And Mueller has a history of finding good QB's from nowhere.

i would sign clements just to avoid playing against him twice a year. look at all he has done vs. the phins. it's crazy.

Yes he's a poor mans Vick with less speed, agility, and arm strength. He's got some moves but he's nowhere near Vick in that category, his desire to run is lacksidasial at times and he really prefers to throw. He likes to throw jump balls or deep pop flys that his WR's go and get. He's got plenty of arm strength and mobility to be a successful QB in the NFL, but Id think closer to a Joey Harrington type than Micheal Vick, granted Vick hasnt done anything in the NFL either.

Winner of this trade:

Miami Dolphins (by far..)

Reasons:

1. They've got a conditional draft pick.
2. It was a smart financial move.
