I just watched the video from Bills practice on WKBW and Roscoe was running around catching passes with a great amount of ease. However, in his interview he did reveal that he is still dealing with some pain. They showed him getting wrapped up and although the splint didn't seem to bother any of his receptions, he is taking an obvious risk with what could happen after the catch on game day.
Perhaps he will be closer to 100% by Sunday, but I still doubt they'll take the splint off. He might get in on a couple of plays, but I'm most certain that this will likely keep him off the punt return team.
