October 20th.

1962- The Bills defeat Red Conkright's Raiders 14-6. Conkright was a Buffalo assistant coach in the 1940's when the Bills were in the All-American Conference.

1968- The Bills lose to the Partiots 23-6, as LB Nick Buoniconti nets three interceptions.

1974- Ferguson wins the shootout against Plunkett, as the Bills defeat the Patriots 29-28.

1985- Hank Bullough gets his first win, a 21-9 victory over the Colts. The game also marked the return of Joe Cribbs, who rushed for 41 yards on 13 carries.

1996- The Bills keep the Jets record a perfect 0-8, with a 25-22 victory at the Meadowlands.

2002-The Bills spank the fish 23-10 at Pro Player, paced by six turnovers, including a franchise record tying three interceptions by Nate Clements.
