    Holcomb knows a starter's job is a precarious one

    Someone asked Kelly Holcomb last week how it felt finally to be named the Bills' starting quarterback. Won't it be nice to have a chance to settle in? Holcomb flashed the weary smile of a man who had been asked that question too many times before. "That's what everybody wants to do," Holcomb said. "But you know what? I don't think about things like that, I really don't. When they call my name, I go in and play. It's been a little crazy, but you never know what the future holds." more
