If Tom Donahoe gets the axe, who will be the GM?

Assuming we continue along as we are, who is out there?

I would assume that there are not a lot of top notch NFL personnel gurus out there so let the General Manager search begin now....

BTW, the last time we did a who is out there I finally decided Charlie Weis was the best to replace Gregg Williams. Unfortunately, I DID have Mularkey as the next best person out there....

TD got an extension before the year. He's not getting the axe.

Any GM that is not afraid to hire a strong coach will be fine with me. That's TD's biggest fault IMO......................hiring yes men

        I nominate myself.

I'd fire MM, look to trade JP to another team, if can't get any bites on it, then I'd cut him.

I'd pull a Mike Ditka and trade my entire 2006 draft plus JP Bustman to whoever has the #1 pick and I'd draft Matt Leinart.

I'd resign Clements, find the best DT during the off-season and sign him also. I'd work with Moulds to keep him a Bill for life.

Other than firing MM you plan sucks. Thankfully you won't be considered.

That's because your a JP Losman fan and not a Bills fan.

Having Clements, Moulds, DT, and Leinart on the Bills next year would be a sucky plan?

Although I believe it is time to replace Tom Donahoe, its is way too early to call JP Losman a bust. Hopefully Mularkey plays Losman after the bye so that we can see what we have. I am not expecting him to play great but if we see flashes and improvement at least I will have a reason to watch the remaining Bills games this year.

              Holcomb = No Hope.

Right, that's why he's been posting here since before JP got drafted...

Yep. *See Pittsburgh. How have they fared since TD left? Exactly.

No.....it's because your a Losman hater and not a Bills fan. I'm not a Losman fan. All I want to do is find out if JP is going to be a bust. I don't believe that can be decided after 4 games. NFL people don't believe that either. Just know it all blowhard fortune telling loudmouths on message boards.

As for the rest of your plan.

                    1. Why tie up 10% of your cap in a CB when this team is at least 2 years away from being a winner. Tag him and trade him for another #1 pick.

                    2. One DT is not going to solve our running woes.

                    3. Leinart could be a bust too.

It's possible. If he get's drafted by a team like the 49ers that have no talent.

In Buffalo he'd have a Moulds, Evans, and Mcgahee around him. A QB should be able to succeed with that kind of talent around him.

But he'd also have a **** offensive line. Leinart would be killed in Buffalo.
