Anyone know of a database (preferably free) that lists NFL players coming up on free agency or are in the final year of their present contracts?

You need to do some work though to get info you want.

Thank you. By my research it seems that Indy's entire starting group of LB's and Morris are all up for new deals at the end of the year. That was part of what I was looking for. Mostly, since Morris has been replaced by Brackett and isn't too bad, I thought he would be a nice addition for depth.

Reggie Wayne

Why would you want the next Peerless Price/Alvin Harper?

Hmmm...Without paying attention to price, I wouldn't mind checking out some of the following. Some of them would be better for backup positions, but we do need better backups on the Oline especially:

DT:
1. Packers: Grady Jackson DT - 6'2", 350 lbs (2 yrs for $3.75 million w/$750k bonus)
2. Ravens: Ma'ake Kemoeatu DT - 6'5", 350 lbs ($1.43 million ?)
3. Raiders: Ed Jasper DT - 6'2", 295 lbs ($1.5 Mil, $500k bonus)

OT:
1. Houston: Victor Riley T - 6'5", 340 lbs (get him to lose some weight though) ($665k, $341k bonus)
2. Jaguars: Mike Pearson T - 6'7", 302 lbs ($380 Mil, $805k bonus) - depends on recovery of knee injury
3. Falcons: Kevin Shaffer T - 6'5", 290lbs ($380k, $9k bonus)
4. Panthers: Todd Fordham T - 6'4", 319 lbs (???)
5. Steelers: Barrett Brooks T - 6'4", 325 lbs (backup to get rid of Jerman) ($665k, $25k bonus)

OG:
1. Cowboys: Andre Gurode* G - 6'4", 314 lbs (???)
2. Seahawks: Steve Hutchinson G - 6'5", 313 lbs (???)

CB:
1. Bears: Jerry Azumah CB - 5'10", 192 lbs ($2 Mill, $500k bonus)

thanks NUb .

Buffalo Bills
Ron Edwards DT- will he be cheap to resign? I would think so since he's always injured and unproven. If so, keep him and grab a Stud DT. Adams is still a stud but he's getting up there in age.

Josh Reed WR - depending on how Moulds turns out, I knew Josh would play better w/ a different Qb throwing to him. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up reunited w/ Saban if we let him go. Parrish has to outplay him for the rest of the season for me to be comfortable w/ letting him go.

Trey Teague T- resign him for less if not, he has to go. I don't think he wants to start all over w/ another team anyways.

Kevin Thomas CB- he should be cheap too.

If he keeps improving, Dookie Bear will start. It would be comforting to know that we have Teague as a backup.
