Why would Ruff screw with lineup after going 6-2? Does that explain how the Sabres lost all their fire power in the last two games? It scares me that the old Sabres from 2 years ago are back.

I agree...I think it's a bad move..DeJeanerette was on WGR saying it wasn't that big of deal and I guess a player or two has said that as well. But these players work together for weeks...there's a chemistry there

That would probably be a good place to start.

you guys are making too much out of it...it's early in the season and we are in the process of finding the plusses and minuses of the combination of players we have available. not a big deal at all.

I had to miss watching the game, unfortunately, but I was in San Josè all day, preparing to watch the Flames/Sharks game live with the wife. And what a game that was!

I got to listen to the game via Sirius partially, but then had to use my wireless phone to keep an eye on the rest. Did Tallinder get scratched for his bonehead play the night before vs Jersey? I surely hope so.

Also---Daniel Briere again does it for the Sabres. Why is he not the sole captain of this team? I know points don't always dictate a captain, but Drury is a pylon at times. I can't understand Ruff at times.

Plus, I see that Satan keeps on rolling in the "new" NHL. Hmmmmm.....perhaps it wasn't laziness after all, eh, Miro haters? I think the problem with him the past 2-3 seasons was being clutched, grabbed, hooked, and punched in the back of th head. Satan is on fire this season. Imagine him on one of the lines this season, instead of "All promise, no payoff" Thomas Vanek?

Exactly what I was thinking...ever since we made that change we have decreased in performance.
