View Full Version : Are you confident that Bledsoe can lead us to a Superbowl?

I just wanted to get a consensus on this one. I like Drew and I feel if the offense is balanced and doesn't put it all on his shoulders he can get the job done.

I agree. Why do I get the feeling a huge can of worms was just opened? I feel wys breathing down my neck already! :D

I agree 110%. Oops, I meant 100%.
I'm not sure how someone can do more than all they can do.
If you give everything, that's 100%.

Yup! The team will take us there not just Drew! But yes, he can lead the way.

Yes, I think we can win a SB during this era. Although I would rather have Henry and the D leading the way.

If we continue with the effort to make Drew just a important cog in the wheel then yes....

If we make him the savior then no......

I think this organization is heading in the right direction....we have the Offensive Line....we have a premier running back....we were proactive in getting a quality receiver in Josh Reed because we knew Price was leaving.....

We know what our weaknesses are....we need to get other teams offenses off the field and give our offense more chances with the ball so they dont' have to try and score a touchdown on every possession...if we could play field position games at times with teams.....then we could take the ball out of Drew's hands more and not let defenses key on him....

I cant wait to see what we come up with this offseason now that we have spending room

When I first seen the title of the thread.... I thought Wys posted it, but the poll and first post were too short. :D

What are you talking about?

Why is this even a poll question? Bledsoe took the Pats to the SB back in 1996 so it's not like he's never been there before. However did you know that in the modern history of the NFL, only 9 teams have ever made the playoffs (much less the SB) with a rushing offense ranked in the bottom 5 of the league? Well Bledsoe led 4 of those 9 playoff teams. Get him a better defense and ST's than what he had in the Green Bay SB and he'll win it. I still say he would have put the game away last year WELL before the last minute of the game, which is when Brady starts to actually play.

We simply stated that we think that Bledsoe can get the job done as long as it all isn't on him.

It’s cause we don’t believe that everything is the QB’s fault.

That we believe that other things go into who wins or losses a game. And that I believe that countless numbers of things go into determining the winner.

Its a pole question asking if you think Bledsoe can do it for the Bills not the patriots Doc. 1996 was 7 years ago man, but that is some interesting info.

Who said that? Our team was terrible from top to bottom two years ago. It didn’t matter who was QB. I still don’t think He’s a good QB, but RJ can’t be fully at fault for last season.

He led a team to one and had a hand in another- why not?

He can't do it himself- it is a TEAM!

I'm not too sure myself. I like Bledsoe and think that he has SB talent, but he needs to put up more consistant #s throughout next season. This past season Drew came in with a bang but his accuracy slipped and his perfomance steadily dwindled. We still need some solid pass protection on the line. Opposing defenses quickly figured out that they could blitz effectively. Sack totals go down and the touchdowns go up ~ simple as that.

That is true Red eye. I think that if we run the ball more and have a more balanced offense these things will go hand in hand!

Vietnam was Rob's fault too!

The results are starting to look like the scores in a Dolphin playoff game. :nana:
