I don't know what you were watching. Johnson ran all over the Raiders. Wait until he gets his shot at the NFL's worse rushing D

That was a pretty impressive comeback. Down by 3, and the they took the ball and grabbed a TD with only 1:45 on the clock. Won the game.

Most impressive was the ballsy call on the 1 yd line with 5 seconds left and no TO's AND a field goal would send it into overtime. They ran it! Now that's friggin' confidence! (and a little luck, too)

Exactly. The offense and team likes a call like that, because it helps build confidence. I don't see our coaching staff ever making that call. They'd just kick the easy field goal.

The odds were much higher kicking the field goal. It was a very stupid call even though it worked. I like the call from a gamers standpoint but from a statistical point of view he was very lucky and dumb to call it.

In the long run the odds go against you, ask the gamblers.

KC won't be able to pass against us at all. But they won't have to- they will DESTROY us on the ground. 3-6, here we come!

I doubt it- I haven't seen us get pressure since the first games against the Texans

KC has been hit or miss this year. Their line is OK, nothing special.

So..what i'm gathering is, Buffalo does not have a good rushing defense? :)

They just beat the same team who smacked us around 38-17 a couple weeks ago. If that makes them look bad what does it say for us?

They are 5-3 and we're 3-5. What exactly goes through your mind sometimes?

Greetings Bills fans:

You are correct. KC doesn't look that great. If you'd only seen the first halves of the last two games, they would look like the worst in the league.

However, adjustments were made and things looked much better after halftime both weeks, and we've managed to win 5 out of 8 without playing good football for much of that time. Priest Holmes may not be there Sunday, and it probably won't matter because Larry Johnson has seemingly arrived. That's a good problem to have.

Your Bills team looked pretty good for a playoff spot before the season, but it's apparent that key injuries and Losman sucking has hurt a lot.

That said, this trip to Buffalo still looks like a tough one, so I won't be chest thumping about the Chiefs here.

Here's to a fun week, and a good injury free game Sunday.

I just hope Priest is out again. LJ single-handedly carried my fantasy team yesterday.

KC was at home, we were away. Check our record, that has made a difference for us this year.

We just swept Oakland so we had already beaten them at home in week 2.

Good point.

I am not saying the Bills can't win this game but you must feel that the Chief's are a better team at this point!

Should be a good game. If you are stout against the pass and not so good against the run, Al Saunders will probably call passes all night.

Anytime we play on the road, anything can happen. Hopefully they don't have a let down from the last second win against the Raiders.

KC is playing OK, IMO. They haven't been losing to hacks. The Brocos, Eagles, and Chargers are pretty good teams. They got outplayed by the Raiders yesterday and still managed to pull a win out of their arse. Bad teams don't do that.

Actually in the 2nd half of the Oakland game is when we came alive -- We scored 21 points in the 2nd half versus 6 in the first half -- but yes in the Philly game we screwed ourselves with turnovers --- in the Chargers game we came out in the 2nd half and outscored them 17-7 but it was not enough to make up for the first half.

The Bills were good when they had Kelly, Thomas, Rison but now they have a losing record and stink. And Vermeil usually only crys when he is happy so I hope to see him crying too :coocoo:

Vermeil is prob my favorite coach in the NFL, truly just a stand-up nice guy.

The chiefs and Bills always play each other well, should be a great game all around. I hope for a win obviously but no outcome would truly surprise me.

I remember the playoff game in the early 90's when the chiefs brought Joe Montana. Funny part about it is I don't think Joe remembers the game, he didn't get to finish it.

1992
The Chiefs lost a 37-14 decision at Buffalo (1/5) in an AFC Divisional Playoff matchup as the Bills dynamic offense proved to be too much for the Chiefs.

you're confusing two games- the one where the Bills knocked Montana out was the AFC Championship game in 94 (93 season). The Bills won 30-13. I was at that game.
