The sad part is it took the coaching staff 8 weeks to adjust. What's that say about our half time adjustments?

While i agree it came late... there are some factors to consider.

1. MW has been hurt a lot.. so that probably hurt his stability in the Tackle position
2. They needed to see actual game film of Peters playing Tackle before they could make a permanent switch
3. Bennie was supposed to be a good player, so I am sure they were giving him time to make adjustments, hoping he wouldnt be a waste.

The staff has realized that Anderson was made by the players on Ravens last year around him and the RB not the other way around. Mike Williams is severely hampered with his ankle sprain and can not fully man the tackle position and are hoping he can with his current limited mobility can handle guard position.

IMO the mistake was cutting Tucker rather than putting him on PUP list. he played very well for Bills and if he had had surgery when needed rather than waiting until offseason, he would have been ready for training camp.
