Like I said in the other thread, the source for this story is pretty questionable. Until there is something more official, I'm not ready to believe it.

The trade was agreed before we knew about Priest Holmes' injury. Larry Johnson was NOT tradeable. I needed some insurance. Rudi Johnson is quiet and doesnt score a ton of points because he doesnt get the TDs. Muhsin is not that bad of a WR. He's not great, but still solid. Also, for the record....Plaxico Burress only scored 7 points and Heath Miller only scored 1.

Look at it as a headstart on your bet, gives me a challenge. I like Stephen Davis Better then rudi right now, and if Roy Williams ever gets his ass back on the field, i shouldn't miss plax so much.

Now one more thing, Tatonka. Priest Holmes was only rumored to have a concussion and that's it. They said he was going to be back in a week or two. It wasnt that bad. Plus he was still scoring over 20 points a week in Kansas City. The last two games before his injury were 25 points and 21 points. So, he was still a good player this year. He has won me a few games. But I needed a good TE and a solid WR more.

Officially, he's going on IR for the rest of this season. If he can reach a decent injury settlement, speculation in KC is he is done. Given his history of coming back from such injuries, I wouldn't count him out....but the torch does seem to have been passed to LJ.
