Tallinder needs to just stay off the ice. Gave the puck over 3 times just before the Hurricanes scored their second goal.

Sabres dominated for the first 10 minutes of the game. They're done. They'll play ice capades for the next 40 minutes. This is sad.

Ruff needs to go. They don't repond for him any more.

I was watching the Sabres out shooting the Canes 22-3 and losing 3-1 by the end of it. :cynic:

Vanek scores his first 2 goals. Maybe this will his our jump start.

Speaking of out shooting, how can a team be dominated 22 shots to 3 and not get a single penatly called against them for the whole period? Sounds fishy to me.

Do you really think Miller is the Sabres answer or are the officials going back to the norm of not calling things that happen right in front of their faces?

I think Ruff is the problem. He is a defensive coach. These players need somebody to teach them to be offensive, especially with the "new" rules taking effect every once in awhile.

like whats his face putting the puck underneath him and then sitting on it :)

I missed the 3rd period, but what's his name had his hand on the puck trying to freeze it on the ice. It was a good 10 to 15 seconds and NO PENALTY.

It was Zigomanis,

he closed his hand on the puck for 20+ seconds.... then they call Our D a few secodns laer becasue the carolina player got his skate stuck in the board joint and th ref thought he was hooked...

Old NHL = Grabbing & Hooking,
New NHL = Diving, and Overcomphensating refs that whistle everything.... even if the player sneezes he'll call high sticking.. hehe..

The first penalty shot was deserved but the 2nd wasn't. Kahlinen was pretty much with Cole, but he did stop skating.
