Oakland Raiders defensive end Trace Armstrong was placed on injured reserve Wednesday with a ruptured groin, ending his successful comeback season.
Armstrong will miss Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Tennessee Titans, and he won't play if the Raiders advance to the Super Bowl.
