Quarterback J.P. Losman hasn't reclaimed the Buffalo Bills starting job even though Kelly Holcomb was experiencing headaches Monday, a day after suffering a concussion.
Coach Mike Mularkey said he hasn't determined who'll start in Buffalo's game at San Diego on Sunday.
