    On This Date in Buffalo Bills History...

    November 15th.

    1964- The Patriots snap the Bills nine game win streak, with a 36-28 defeat of the Bills at War Memorial.

    1970- In their first ever trip to Baltimore, the Bills tie the eventual World Champions, 17-17.

    1981- The Bills get blanked 24-0 in St. Louis by the Cardinals.

    1989- Due to the neck injury he suffered in week three, Derrick Burroughs, upon the advice of his doctors, retires from football.

    1993- The Bills get shutout by the Steelers 23-0 on Monday Night Football, the first time the team failed to score any points under Jim Kelly.

      Derrick Burroughs was a good player.

      Jerry Butler and Bob James suffered similar fates. All their careers were way too short.
