I still believe we should franchise/trade Nate for a first rounder and with 2 picks take a DT/CB and resign crowell to replace Posey. Using Extra money to sign McGahee long term as well as upgfrading our OL. But nonetheless some mock drafts from around the web.
Almost every draft has us taking a OT or DT, with the occasional draft taking a CB/LB.
Enjoy!

HALOTI NGATA
Last offseason the Bills lost mammoth defensive tackle Pat Williams as a free agent and as it turns out they probably miss them even more than they thought they would. Sam Adams still has something left in the tank but he isn't getting any younger and guys like Tim Anderson and Justin Bannan just haven't gotten the job done. Enter Haloti Ngata, who at 6-5 and 338 lbs. has a freakish blend of size, speed, strength and athleticism. In fact, there is a chance he could be long gone by this point because based on upside and potential he would rate as one of the premier players in the entire draft should he come out early. Their other major weakness is on the other side of the ball at left offensive tackle, where Mike Gandy leaves a lot to be desired as Jonas Jenning's replacement. If by some chance a top offensive tackle fell into their laps here that could be the direction they opt to go, but defensive tackle is every bit as big of a need and to land a supreme talent like Ngata this low could turn out to be a steal. Either way look for them to focus on bringing in a guy to upgrade the trenches very early on draft day but whether it is on the offensive or defensive side of the ball remains to be seen.

Jason Allen, CB/S
Terrence McGee is a better fit at nickel, so the Bills might look for a young guy to plug in opposite Nate Clements. Allen could also take over for the 35-year-old Troy Vincent at free safety.

Eric Winston OT

Max Jean-Gilles OG
A little high for a guard maybe, but Jean-Gilles is a potentially dominating run blocker and with Chris Villarrial nearing the end of his career, the Bills may choose to go with an interior lineman here.

Ahmad Brooks - LB
Round2 - Matt Lentz OG

Round 1 - HALOTI NGATA DT
Round 2 - DARYN COLLEDGE OT
Round 3 - DANIEL BULLOCKS S
Ngata is a guy who could play nose-tackle in a 3-4, but would probably also excel replacing Sam Adams in Buffalo. Adams is getting up there in age, and the Bills have little else to brag about at DT. Ngata is a force versus the run for the Ducks, and combines great strength with freakish athletic ability to swallow running-backs in the backfield, despite constantly being double-teamed. The Bills may look for some help at CB or along the offensive line, but Ngata is considered by some as one of the top defensive talents available.

Eric Winston OT
Letting Jonas Jennings walk may prove to be costly, as the Bills don’t appear to have a replacement. Enter Winston, who was one of the top prospects before an injury last season.

Jonathan Scott, OT
They try their hand again with a Longhorn tackle.

Haloti Ngata, DT
Sam Adams is aging and there is little to no depth behind him. Ngata is as big and physical as they come and could contend for a starting spot right away in the middle of Buffalo's D front.

Justin Blalock, OT

Mathias Kiwanuka, DE
http://www.draftace.com/draft2006/mockdraftroundone.htm
Chad Greenway, OLB
The Bills have seen how important Takeo Spikes is to their defense and they need to keep playmakers like that on the field. Greenway is fundamentally sound player with surprisingly good speed that would help solidify the Bills defense. Another target for the quarterback (whoever it might be) is another option.

A.J. Hawk, LB
With this type of quality of a player still on the board you have to take him despite your needs. He is a player who has been a leader of one of the nations best defenses for some time now. He keeps the long tradition of excellent linebacking play going with the Ohio State Buckeyes. His play is outstanding on the field with his intensity and athletic skills he brings to a defense. He has the physical toughness, talent and versatility to play both the inside and outside linebacker positions.
