Chargers GM A.J. Smith was with the Bills in their personnel department for 14 years
Chargers defensive coordinator Wade Phillips was the Bills' head coach from 1998-2000 after serving as their defensive coordinator from 1995-97. As head coach, Phillips was 29-19 with two playoff appearances.
Chargers wide receivers coach James Lofton played part of his Hall of Fame career with the Bills. He was with them from 1989-92 and played for three AFC championship teams.
Carl Mauck, the Chargers' offensive line coach, served in a similar capacity with the Bills from 1998-2000

And of course head coach Marty was a Buffalo Bill as well ....

Thanks for the interesting link.
This article make me feel that Bills are the best school (paradise) to "develop" talent...

I don't know but if Bills are still thinking that they are the best "teachers" on American football... they could be sorely mistaken...

Carl Mauck is the OL coach..oof...Man did that guy suck for Buffalo. I guess when you have the best RB in the league you look good....

I wonder if good ole Carl still has the sweat problem that was so attractive.:funny: or maybe he bought some of those water-proof dockers
