Here's a guy that comes in with a plan to save the team, and money. Leverages the potential losses against state legislator while they're in debt, but it's such a no brainer they have to bite.
Secures probably near 40 million in state funding for Buffalo from Albany who is not happy. And the naysayers all hate him.
Maybe Hamister should be mayor or county legislator, and the waterfront could be developed.
