These lessons are invaluable for JP & we are 2 games out of first now w/ 6 games to go. We play them so we need help but it's really not over. NE has done little to impress me lately, hey you Never know!

I just don't even know what to say. NE can still pull wins out of their ass. We can't even play competitively on the road. NE needs to lose 2 more games than we do with 5 to play. It ain't happening.

Skooby- this ain't the special olympics.

Not everyone will get a trophy just for trying.

Devin

Its ok to be optomistic and to pull for your team. As I said before just be realistic about it.

Its almost insult to injury to see posts saying "we can still make the playoffs".

This game was our knock out blow. I simply hope for some entertainment from here on out.

How the hell did Losman learn anything from this game. Maybe he learned what happens when an entire team quits before the game even starts. He's about the only player on that field that seemed to give a damn out there. It was truly pathetic, and the coaches and players should be ashamed to wear Buffalo Bills' uniforms.

Skooby doesn't understand. Technically, we still can make the playoffs. But a loss like this just exposes the plethora of problems we have- Skooby just can't see it. Technically and realistically are two different things and he's incapable of making the distinction.

Technically, there's nothing preventing Eva Longoria and Jessica Alba from coming to my house for an all-night three-way sex romp. But it's not gonna happen.

Poor Skooby, gets bashed to kingdom come, even though he's just being overly optimistic. Is it possible we can turn it around? Yes. Is it extremely unlikely we do it with the people we have? Yes. Some people have nothing else but pure faith to go on, no matter what the odds are. And if he wants to believe that, good for him, but I don't think we have to call him "delusional" and bash him for it.

It is possible and I will never give up hope. But losing to a wildcard rival in SD was a BIG BIG hit today. Screw the record, 8 and 8 just might get us in with the difficult records that SD, KC, NE, and others have. But the head to head losses will kill us. And if SD did this to us, what the hell will Cinnci do?

Car at home? Yeah maybe. NE yeah maybe, Miam and NYJ? probably, Denv? Ugghhh...but it is at home. Cinnci? triple UGGGHHH.

The BEST we can hope for is a win against everyone except Cinnci and limping in. MM is about to ruin it by naming Holcomb as the starter against Car at home. Just watch.

Can it happen? sure. Will it? probably not, and if the Bills had any brains they would start JP, take their even slimmer chances (if they believe that) and build toward next year.

Lets look at our top opponenets for the wild card:

I see Jax getting in. They will lose to Indy but should win the rest and end up 12 and 4

KC could lose another 3 and we win the head to head so the end up 9 and 7 im saying. And we beat them.

SD probably loses 2 of the 4 games involving KC, Oak, Den, and Ind. Maybe they lose 3 and end up 9 and 7 but they still beat us head to head.

Den probably loses maybe 2 games (SD, and either Oak, KC, or us) and ends up 11 and 5 and wins the division.

Cinnci probably loses 2 maybe 3 games (Pitt, KC, maybe us or Det), and ends up at worst 10 and 6 and beats us on overall record.

Pitt may lose the division with another 3 maybe 4 losses against (Indy, Cinnci, Chi, and maybe Det or Minn). Most likely they only lose 2 and end up 11 and 5 with a division win.

So, I see Pitt, Cinnci, Denver, and Jax beating us in overall record and then if we end up 9 and 7 along with KC and SD, we lose to SD but would beat KC because of head to head.

I just dont get a good sense that we have a chance really.

Cheer up guys. Tomorrow is another day.

Skooby doesnt bother me, and while him creating 30 posts a day about non-sensible topics having to do with the Bills are irritating even that isnt a big deal.

BUT.

After getting our ass reamed, and essentially giving up against the Chargers its a bit...........almost insulting to have ANY bills fan even insinuate we have a chance or much less deserve a playoff spot.

As I said before, salt in the wound.

dont diss the man for loving his football team...skooby im with you till the end....bills have a chance till that clock says 0:00 at our last game.

you can love something and still admit that it has issues- I loved my first car even though the A/C, power windows, and retracting seat belts didn't work.

Trust me, the Bills will be eliminated from playoff contention long before 0:00 on the last game.
