If it were up to you which teams would play on Thanksgiving day?

Everything in this world changes. I don't like changes. It would seem weird if Detroit and Dallas weren't playing on T-Day.

that's bull man, I sitll remember that game, against detroit like ten years ago. I wish they could add Buffalo, to that mix, in this manner I don't have to worry or look around, for a bar to watch at least for one bills game, during the season.

Given the choices, I choose mix them up but Detroit and even Dallass should be rewarded for being first teams to step up and volunteer to host on Thanksgiving. It can be difficult to fill Thanksgivings or even Sundays after Thanksgiving.

The best solution would be to guarentee the Detroit and Dallass favorable treatment but allow other teams to volunteer to host Thanksgiving game as well.

Before I vote....

1st - Would it be an early game (1pm)?
2nd - Could NOT be nationally televised?
3rd - Could it be hosted at RWS

If all of those can't be answered with a "yes", I'll have to go along with BF1.

That's the only reason why i'll be watching, is to see Bledsoe get nailed and made a fool of himself.

Keep it the same with the Cowboys and Lions, but add a third game. Make there be a night game.

Miami would be nice. :couch:

next year...either Miami or Buffalo faces Detroit...and Miami has been on Thanksgiving more recentlyDoesn't matter. Game could still go to Miami. Buffalo hasn't played on Thanksgiving since 1994. Dolphins have played in two Thanksgiving games since 1999. When the 2003 season rolled around, it was between Miami and Buffalo. Under your concept since Miami played in it more recently, Buffalo would have got the 2003 game. Good thing Buffalo didn't get it and Miami did since they put on a great show for the nation. :D

Anyways, don't take my next statement as smack. Miami is a bigger TV draw then Buffalo. They always have been, and probably always will be. This isn't smack, but a fact. Miami has a good shot at landing the Thanksgiving game again.

It's a tradition the Cowgirls and Lions have played football on every thanksgiving since they came into the NFL.

Trying to sell tickets on Thanksgiving day in Buffalo and a lot of other cities would be very difficult. It workes in Dallas and Detroit because people have woven it into their turkey day traditions.
