    Yuck-

So Smith has another shot at the job this year- What's the over under on 30+ yard returns next season, Fat Tony? I'd say 15

I take it they liked the way we finished at the bottom in punt/kick returns.

That leaves RB coach Steve Fairchild still unsigned. He was the one Henry talked so greatly about. I wonder what the deal is with him?

Good. I get to watch him again on the sidelines with that big load of chew (or is it gum?) shoved in the side of his cheek. I'm more impressed by his ability to shove a big wad of something in his mouth than his ST coaching skills (or is it teaching skills?).

Bruce DeHaven won't be back in San Fran. I was hoping he would go back to Buffalo because Smith has never impressed me as a ST coach.

GW is signing his own death warrant keeping Smith here. The ST will lead to GW's downfall next year. That and Gilbride.

The funny thing about Fairchild is the fact that he turned down a contract renewal.

WNSA was reporting that he rejected the new contract. Apparently he doesn't want to stay and keep working with Henry.

He doesn't want to work with Henry or the present coaching staff. I can only assume that resigning Smith means that there was lack of talent on the Special Ed teams this past season and next years line up will be fortified with players that are more talented, otherwise I can't fathom why they would keep him.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't repeat myself.

I totally agree. I also would have tried to get DeHaven over for an interview too.

                          Oh well.

Apparently, he refused to sign with the Bills to pursue other work.
