Linebacker Jeff Posey is a quiet leader on the Buffalo Bills.
Playing the strong side (over the tight end) of the defense, he often sacrifices statistics, fighting through a lot of traffic to hold his ground on his side of the field. The 6-foot-4, 250-pound eight-year pro hasn't missed a start since joining the Bills as an unrestricted free agent in 2003.
