    John Fox harbors no ill will toward Buffalo Bills president and general manager Tom Donahoe. So what if he had to wait another year to be hired as an NFL head coach? Maybe it was meant to be.
    Back in 2001, Fox, then the defensive coordinator of the New York Giants, interviewed for the Bills vacancy and he seemed to have an inside edge because he worked with Donahoe a decade earlier while an assistant coach in Pittsburgh. Donahoe shocked insiders, however, and hired Gregg Williams. The rest is history. more
