(similar to my thread about coaches)
I have read on here many times that you all want TD fired... because... well... he sucks...

But I cant think of anyone out there right now that would be available... So who would you want as a replacement? Who is out there that you would want to be brought in?

a 5 year old child, a new born beagle, a southern hillbilly with 5 teeth... all are more qualified. i'm sure a stick off of a maple tree would do a better job also.

Would he even be available?

I think we need to get rid of Ralph first.

If he retires from his consulting position. If the opportunity arose, I would hope he'd take it.

Ron Wolfe.
That would be great BTW. Good thinking. I thought I read somewhere that he is ready to come back to football?

Just so you know...Ron Wolfe thought Feeley was going to be a great QB, or at least a very good one. Not sure if he is al that sharp anymore.

If we could somehow get Scott Pioli from the Pats. If we offer him the same title TD has, do you think he'd go for it?

Maybe after winning the Super Bowl this year, Bill Polian might be looking for a new challenge . . .

There's no question in my mind that he's the best GM in football; maybe even in NFL history.

His son is going to take over for him in Indianapolis......I wonder if he would be available sometime after he wins a Super Bowl.....

I would work a deal to get Kirk Ferentz out of Iowa and Phil Savage of the Browns.

Kirk and Phil are long time buds from their Raven days and would be a lethal duo.

Pick a team that has been successful year after year and hire their director of pro personnel. You probably end up with a decent GM. That would not be Miami, of course.

Those are great choices. I was going to offer my brother-in-law or a monkey, the only difference being the monkey is trainable.
