Who should be in the running for OC next year?

I probably wouldn't mind Norv Turner if he was fired from Oakland. He's proven to be a better OC than head coach.

If TD sticks around Im not so sure Clements (or anyone for that matter) will be let go.

Before his contract here in Indy was extended, I'd have suggested Chris Polian.

So in lieu of a good suggestion, I say make Mularkey VP of Operations also. Can it get worse?
