Dre Bly vs Ty Law vs TO. How do the situations differ?

Are the circumstances for Dre Bly's and Ty Law's comments different than those of TO, or should they be blasted for their comments to the degree that TO was?

IMO, Dre Bly's comments aren't that bad because he's likely correct. He's on a bad team with a bad QB, who will likely be gone when the season is up. Where TO was on a good team with a very good QB, who is the team's franchise player, when he made his comments. Dre Bly's comments were made to stick up for Mooch, while TO's were made, seemingly, only to make himself look good in posturing for more $.

I don't know enough of the TY Law/Chad Pennington situation yet to comment.

All Law said was that Tom Brady was the best QB in the league. The reporter asked him about Pennington, and he said that until Chad wins a championship, Brady is better. I don't see anything wrong with it- the reporter brought up Chad, not Law- and all Law said was that Chad isn't the best QB in the NFL. Is there anyone other than Chad's mom that thinks he is?

Do Bly and Law have the history of unruly behavior like TO does?
