theres alot of SABRES stuff in that movie,


Not to mention they Win the Cup in that Movie, and Drury Pops the Cork of the bottle into the sports announcers face :)

HBO Airs the Cimema Cut, which has most fo the sabres stuff, Jim Carey is actually A Sabres Fan,

The reason Buffalo Sabres Footage was removed from teh DVD/VHS Cut was The Fact that Golisano Had Purchased the Team and the Production Company didnt have permission from Golisano to use it, They had permission from the NHL,

The NHL was pimping the sabres during the filming, trying to Advertise the sabres..

Theres Logos, Merchandise, the sabres Winning the Cup, Drury popping a cork into teh announcers face, Jim Carey Rooting for teh sabres because "the coach (ruff) Prays alot"

etc etc etc...

I originally wanted to see that movie strictly because of the Sabres-related stuff in the movie.

When I used to visit the Spawn.com board more frequently, someone posted that image, and we all had a good laugh over the Perreault jersey on Carrey. In fact, I think a bunch of us even discussed it when we had boards over at Thunderpuck....years back.
