i know EMO can be a putz but this has more to do with the future of the team. MM has already alienated big SAM and now EMO.... he is becoming the coaching version of T.O.

next thing that will happen is that he signs Drew Outhouse as his agent.

I hope Ralph, in his discussions with Eric realizes that more than just 2 players are unhappy playing for this coaching staff....we know Willis is for sure.

Maybe thinking about this for awhile will make him more willing to eat MM's salary (which isn't alot, about 3 mil for the next 3 years) and clean house.

Because after he was fired in Pittsburgh, his insecurity led him to hiring 2 HCs for puppets who he could control. Ironic that he kept hiring HCs who would never threaten his power like Bill Cowher did, yet these puppet coaches, along with TDs questionable pesonnel moves are going to lead to his demise in Buffalo.
