Dear Mr. Moulds,

Though you have been a true team player and a great one at that, your recent selfish comments are considered to be conduct detrimental to this team. We appreciate all you have done in the past but it doesn't give you the right to say whatever you want and show up your coaches. You were out of line by threatening the coach with losing his team if he didn't switch QB's, and you were out of line for arguing with a coach on the sidelines and then questioning the play calling.

The Buffalo organization would love to have you around for a few more years if you take a significant pay cut and are seen but not heard.
