All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

He hooked me up with some wings for this championship weekend and they were excellent. Thanks WYS your product identifies the excellence we expect here in Buffalo.
I also want to say you called it right about nine months ago...Rob Johnson is going to the superbowl.
I agree with that! I savored my Wys Wings Medium during the games today. They were a good snack to eat while enjoying today's playoff games. Thanks Wys!
I am going to have to pick up some of this sauce... WYS as far as hottness goes how hot is the hot?? I like spicy foods but for example if you get hot wings at Duffs they are super hot. Just trying to get a guage on this here.

Duffs wings are not that hot. You better start with the medium WYS sauce and work your way up.

TT, my hot is probably a tad bit hotter than Duff's hot. I use jalapenos in my hot. My X-Hot and "Wy's Guy" sauces use habaneros. The Medium and Mild use a mild pepper. Don't bother w/ the mild unless you absolutely hate heat. Medium is a great flavor w/ some heat. Hot is definitely significantly hotter although not intolerable. Order two, one of each. I'm sure the hot won't be too hot for you to eat and you can compare them. Shipping for one bottle costs a bit but is the same for two bottles.
Originally posted by BillsFanOne Wys - someone mentioned that Duffs adds butter to their sauce. Would you recommend that? To make the sauce thicker?
BFO, if you mean to my sauce, there's no need. It's all in there and I wouldn't add butter to it. I've compensated w/ other ingredients to make it "thicker." Most places don't add butter purely for "thickness" but to thin out the Red Hot to make it milder. More butter = less heat. I don't think that Duff's uses any butter at all or only a little in their hotter sauces.
If you're making your own, yeah, I'd use butter. More or less depending upon how hot you want it. Use Red Hot only if you make your own. Anything less is noticably not as good.
