I've been asked regarding off season moves...
As far as I am concerned the table is open. You may trade, cut and pick up players. Personally, I would wait until the NFL season is over in case anybody gets a serious injury. Also, don't gut your team right now. Wait until the new rankings come out to do that. If you want to cut a player or two or three, fine, but let's hold on the major cuts until I send out all the info in March.
