This man cant get it done in the most important games. Every chance we have to make the playoffs or stay in the playoff race he simply cant pull off a win. This year against the dolphins and last year against the Steelers.

This thread is rediculous. He is still learning on the job and hopefully each week he makes a ******ed decision, he learns from it. He needs 1 more year before we can fully evaluate him. And besides, for the most part, he has the players confidence. That's the most important factor as to who our coach is to me. Players aren't dumb, that aren't going to be fooled now-a-days.

No offense there Jamez.......but that is the most idiotic excuse I've ever heard!! he has the confidence of the players ?????since when ? you can't teach an idiot off the street to be a brain specialist .and ya can't teach a fool to be a head coach ..let him find his way else where ! Bills Fans are getting sick and tired of putting up thier cash just so some ******ed excuse for a coach can 'Learn" !I'm getting so damn sick of that word! we have starters and a bench! The bench sits and "LEARNS" while the starters should already be smart enough to play ! You don't get that luxury with a coach ! I didn't get it with my job ,and I make a hell of a lot less then this fool!
Every year we keep waiting while they get Paid to learn ? no more ! dump his butt ,tar and feather TD and send this whole mess out on the lake when the ice gets thin !

There is one reason and one reason only that MM could return- and that is that Ralph doesn't like the taste of eating 3 years of MM's contract. It blows my mind that TD gave 5 years to a guy with 0 HC'ing experience. If he had a 3 year deal I'd say he had no chance at all of returning. As it is I give him a 25% chance of getting another year.
