We're now in the final 2 games of the playoffs for a draft pick. Are we "good enough" to get into the top 5? :D

Houston 1-12 (likely 2-12)
San Francisco 2-10 (likely 2-11)
Green Bay 3-10 (likely 4-10)
New Orleans 3-10 (looking like 3-11)
NY Jets 3-10 (looking like 4-10)
Buffalo 4-10
Arizona 4-9 (likely 4-10 soon)
Baltimore 4-9 (likely 4-10)
Cleveland 4-9 (4-10 or 5-9...swap with Oakland)
Oakland 4-9 (4-10 or 5-9...swap with Cleveland)
Tennesee 4-9 (looking like 5-9)
Detroit 4-9 (likely 4-10)

Man are there a lot of crappy teams in the NFL this year.

Yep. And we are most definitely one of them. :(

Well after next week things should pretty well be clear.

The Jets vs Buffalo game will be a game no one wants to win.

I look for Losman to have his best game as a pro and he will screw us out of a better draft pick.

looks like the Bills could have the #3 pick and if TD stays he will draft Matt Leinhart

If buffalo has the 3rd pick and Leinart is still on the board. The Bills have to draft him.

Buffalo has had 7 different QBs the last 10 years. It's time to Draft our franchise QB.

We're not ****ing drafting Leinart. Shut up already. We're taking a lineman.

If we waste another high pick on a o-linemen then we deserve to suck.

If a team is picking in the Top 5 they should always pick the best QB, WR, RB on the board. Unless they just used a Top 5 pick on that positon the year before.

Or if a can't miss DE like Bruce Smith, Peppers is available.

O-linemen should be taking in the late first round.

"Always"? Look some past winners at that pick/position....

1992: #6 - Klingler/QB (not top 5 but close enough)
1993: #2 - Rick Mirer/QB
1994: #3 - Heath Shuler/QB
1995: #1 - KiJana Carter/RB
1998: #2 - Leaf/QB, #5 - Curtis Enis/RB
1999: #1 - Couch/QB, #3 - Akili Smith/QB
2002: #1 - Carr/QB (somewhat unclear since the Texans suck), #3 - Harrington/QB (same as Carr but more likely a bust)

Nothing is guaranteed but if you look at the more successful Top 5 picks over time, the majority are not QBs/RBs.

Yes, I stick with always. of course there will be busts.

I can't see paying a high price for a top 5 pick who isn't a QB, WR, RB, can't miss DEs, can't miss CB.

Picking a lineman high is a reason Buffalo is paying so much money for a waste in Mike Williams.

its a son of a ***** isnt it.

As if our miserable season wasnt bad enough, half the NFL has sucked ass about as much as us.
