I always thought he was overrated. Probably the best athlete in all of sports, but not the best QB. Not even close. Cause he's dumb. You have to have half a brain to be a great QB.

He also did play the Chicago Bears in Soldier Field. IMO, the Bears are underrated and are my surprise pick for the NFC title now that Grossman is back in.

I have never heard anyone say he is the greatest in the league. That honor could be debated, Manning vs. Brady, but I have never heard Vick mentioned in that company.

The NFL seemed to invest alot into Vick before he even played so i guess they still have to hype him.........

Being from Chicago I hear all Bears talk all the time. But does anyone else agree with me in that defense looks scary. They were missing three starters today: SS Mike Brown, FS Chris Harris, and OLB Hunter Hillenmayer. That defense just suffocated Vick and held Dunn and Duckett down when they needed it. Dunn broke two or three nice runs but never hit pay dirt. I think the Bears defense could seriously contend for a Super Bowl berth because the only two teams I believe have an advantage over them in the NFC are NYG and Seattle. Carolina could always break out but the Bears have confidence over the Panthers and could prob beat them again.

Vick will never be a winner in this league. Sure he'll make the playoffs and sell lots of jerseys but until he learns how to REALLY play QB, which is unlikely, he won't accomplish anything other than making really good highlight films.

As a side note, in Madden 06 for the Xbox 360 the radio announcer refers to Vick as "Superman"...
